JEAN FLOC'H uses rapid freezing to avoid breaking down the cells in the products and losing water and flavour when thawing.
JEAN FLOC'H is also managing a refrigerated warehouse equipped to receive external merchandise with 8,000 pallet locations, i.e. 35,000m3 of cold room storage available. The cold room is maintained at -22°C instead of the regulatory -18°C and has an on-rail management system making it possible to move the aisles and optimise storage.
