Fresh products

In order to obtain a good shelf life, JEAN FLOC'H focuses on the technological quality and the hygiene of its products.

Thanks to rapid dry air chilling and a strict respect of the cold chain, JEAN FLOC'H delivers excellent meat to all its customers.

Deep-freezing

High capacities and efficient processes

For deep-freezing as well as storage, JEAN FLOC'H Surgélation has chosen optimum efficiency to maintain food safety and the taste of its products. The Guénin plant, in charge of deep-freezing, keeps growing since its creation.

Canning plant

Brandnew and efficient tool , from 2007 the canning plant is modern and efficient, it produces and commercialises a line of pâtés and cocktail sausages in tins or verrines.

The JEAN FLOC'H canning plant, located at Baud (56), produces a complete line of JEAN FLOC'H products, with exclusive recipes that make shop sections look colourful and appealing. Consumers can easily identify JEAN FLOC'H products and the tins and verrines are an outstanding success. In this manner, the JEAN FLOC'H canning plant lends its know-how to distributors by producing a wide range of products for their stores. Moreover, JEAN FLOC'H exports its canned products around the world, thanks to its efficient export centre.

Logistics

Next day delivery of goods, covering ¾ of France

In its constant effort to shorten the time between slaughtering the pigs and delivering to the end customer,
JEAN FLOC'H always tries to make its customers' lives easier. Therefore, for orders entered before midday on day A, JEAN FLOC'H can deliver the next day throughout ¾ of France. This period also includes product batch packaging.
