Most of the group’s production plants are located in the west of France, which is the chief area for pig production. This enables our sites to be supplied in the best possible conditions. Having all our industrial sites located in Brittany enables us to receive supplies quickly for the processing sites. The specialization of each site guarantees a better bacteriological protection.

JEAN FLOC'H selects, slaughters, cuts, and packages the pig meat. The group also produces various lines of fresh, preserved, or deep-frozen cured and cooked meats preparations, then distributes its products in France and around the world.
Jean Floc’h has a wide range of expertise with regard to the meat trade: slaughtering, pork cuting, deboning, and casing for the primary product. The group also has expertise in deep freezing, storage, sales, and distribution.
